Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.

  • International Shipping: 10–25 business days
  • Express Shipping, if available: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order value, and selected shipping method.

If free shipping is available, it will be clearly shown during checkout or promotional offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, if available.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

EdlundVault is not responsible for delayed, lost, or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, please allow extra time for the courier to complete delivery.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local courier, neighbors, building reception, or delivery location first.

EdlundVault is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier, but we will do our best to assist you.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the package
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • A short description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we will assist you with a replacement, refund, or suitable solution where applicable.

Shipping Restrictions
