Refund policy
At EdlundVault, we want you to love every accessory you purchase from us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with a simple and fair return process.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- With tags, labels, and accessories included, if applicable
- Free from damage, stains, scratches, or signs of use
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Earrings and pierced jewelry
- Beauty tools or accessories that have been opened or used
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.
If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A short description of the issue
After reviewing your request, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as EdlundVault is not responsible for lost return packages.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after receiving it.
